PASSION FOR SAFETY Food safety audits often reveal familiar issues: incomplete hand washing, missing compliance documents, or outdated equipment. After 25 years traveling through 26 countries and visiting over 40 food and beverage manufacturing sites, I have seen these gaps repeatedly. Yet, it was only when I fully embraced Lean thinking that I truly learned to see beyond the surface. Let`s explore why common food safety problems persist despite extensive knowledge and effort
